We managed to get 4 of these, one of which arrived before our last trip down in January. The main benefit of this product is that you can breathe normally through either your mouth or nose. The other benefit is that it does not fog up. Not to say you cant fog it up, but you almost have to try.
Lisa tried it during a snorkel at Rendezvous Bay. She first tried her old mask and snorkel then the new Easybreath one. Once we got it adjusted there was no real comparison. Breathing naturally, gives you the ability to pay more attention to your surroundings. It really did enhance our snorkel experience. If you wish to dive down more than 10 or so feet, you will notice it leaking. As we are more surface snorkeler's this was not an issue.
You gain 180 degree of vision, no adjusting the snorkel, no fogging, and for the foreseeable future you will likely be able to find anyone using them. Helpful if snorkeling at Trunk or Cinnamon with others. The snorkel part is unique and can be seen easily......they are not sold directly in the USA. Either buy via a third party seller, find a friend in europe or go on eBay.
All in all I think this is an ingenious idea and will enable a new group of people to enjoy the beauty and wonderment of snorkeling. You can rent them at St. John Beach Bum next to St. John Spice in wharfside village.
Lisa and I have retired out old snorkel gear in favor of the new design. We recommend trying it if you have the chance.
